[Coco] CoCoBASIC 1.4

I'm not sure that it has even been asked once.  But I think you are 
right that version 1.3 is the latest and if there really is a version 
1.4 floating around out there it is just a hack by someone. The "BASIC 
Unraveled" books have some pretty good discussions on bugs in the ROMs.
