If you read the 3 part article at
http://subethasoftware.com/2015/02/02/manually-making-a-bootable-nitros9-hard-drive-image-part-1/,
you will be able to use the SDC image from the repo to create a 128mg
NitrOS-9 image.

Then you can copy your current floppy disk image to the SDC card. Once
those two spots are done, you can boot the 128mg image from the SDC
The mount your original drive as /sd1 and copy whatever files you need from
your drive image to your new SDC image.
