[Coco] CoCo 3 Technical Manual

I don't know anything about the 256 color mode, no, at any time 
including those early days.  I do know that the looseleaf version of the 
book had handwritten notes on it, some including question marks, and 
those sheets were photocopied and leaked here and there.
