[Coco] CoCo 3 Technical Manual

On further reflection, I can give a few more details.  At the time I was 
going from an early copy of what later became the service manual, which 
I believe was in the form of a loose leaf notebook, which I borrowed 
from Dale Lear, who had one of the early Coco3s before they were even 
announced.  Funny story... Dale contacted Falsoft asking if they wanted 
us to write articles for Rainbow and they politely demurred, until he 
mentioned that he had one of the few Coco3s that existed at the time.  
Suddenly the answer became, "Yes, please."  Dale usually did the 
programming and I did the writing for our articles.
