[Coco] Coco1 and IDE HD power

I would not recommend using the CoCo 1's or MPI's power supply to power a
IDE hard drive. A lot of IDE HDD's pull anywhere from 1.5A to 2.5A off of
the each of the 12V and 5V lines. I am sure 3A total is probably more than
what the CoCo 1 or MPI PSU's were designed to handle.
