[Coco] New CoCo 3 and SDC

Go to the CoCoSDC project site:  http://cocosdc.blogspot.com/  click on the
link on the sidebar for "latest firmware"

This is a DSK image that needs to be mounted to run the flash utility, it
will flash both the firmware and DOS versions
