[Coco] CoCo 2 video output mod?

I am considering purchasing a 64K CoCo 2 to be my real physical CoCo, along with my CoCo3FPGA setup.

I recall that quite some time ago, someone made some video output mods for some of the CoCos that had only RF output.  Does anyone know if these video output mods are still available.  If so, who can I contact to inquire about getting one?
