[Coco] Coco1 with composite out mod

Hi. Is anyone here willing to look at (and fix) a coco1 that has a very ancient looking composite out mod.
Like my other coco1 this is also upgraded to 64k and composite out, but now when I plug it into a tv(av input) my screen looks monochrome?

Worked well for many years then started flickering then just when dim(monochromish), if that's even a real word
