Don't feel bad ... 

I just offered $60 and he countered w/ $70... so instead countering his counter for another $5, which is probably what he was expecting,  I just took it. 

$70 + $14 s/h  = $84 ... still not bad considering Ed's point that these go for $150 + shipping new ...
