You could use a service like Eventbrite to pre-register for tickets.  You
could have 2 types of tickets, one for exhibitors and one for attendees.
I've used Eventbrite for tickets for a sailing club openhouse and sailing
school signup (my boss is the Commodore of the sailing club).
