[Coco] CocoPi3 "PacoOtaktay Winter 2017-2018 Edition" now available

Hi Chris,

The best part (for me) is that I have my RPi3 in a real Coco 3 case and
using a real Coco 3 keyboard (thanks to the keyboard adapter you designed
and built).  Unless you tell someone (or drop out of MAME) no one would
know it's not a real Coco 3!
