[Coco] lwtools compile in unbuntu bash (running on windows 10 Linuxsubsystem)

Having trouble installing LWTOOLS.  Can anyone look at this screen shot and
tell me if they see anything obvious I'm doing wrong?  I'm running the
windows 10 Linux subsystem (unbuntu).

 

I'm new to Linux/bash.  I'm mostly a windows guy.  I got mame64 up and
running. also. since I have a 64bit OS, I chose to go with mame64.  Should I
use mame32 instead?  Any gotchas?
