Wayne, uninstall tortoisehg... I've found it doesn't include what's needed in mercurial for the nitros9 repo. Tortoisehg is a GUI based IDE and doesn't include many of the cmd line cmds needed.
You want the standard mercurial installation. Use either the MSI or InnoSetup versions.
