[Coco] Basic09 6309 version

If https://github.com/VCCE/VCC is any indication, a number of the DIVQ_*
cases in hd6309.c sit unimplemented--or more accurately, it looks like only
DIVQ_E is implemented. The rest mostly emit a log message and all count the
number of cycles the instruction takes.
