[Coco] Drive Sort utility for CoCo SDC

I have found that copying files and folders to an SD card for the CoCoSDC
produces non-sorted results, and trying to browse the folders in random
order isn't fun.

So, I did some searching and found a windows utility that will sort files
and folders of any FAT32 drive, it's called Drive Sort.

I have tested this, and it run, you have to sort each parent folder
individually, and after the sort, you have to "save" to commit the changed,
but it's much easier now browsing my SDC.
