[Coco] Coco KB membrane replacement

Hi Jim,

You did all the work, sir.  I just sent you a keyboard I would like to 
see working again.  :)

It's good to know there's an option - even if it is a bit expensive 
right now.  Considering the fact I have a very nice Coco 3 that I would 
like to see working again with it's original keyboard, I would budget 
for the replacement even at that cost.  Not saying I could do that 
multiple times, though.

Hopefully some less expensive options will present themselves at some point.
