[Coco] make utility for OS9

Nothing in my C Manual on make.  I expect it is much more like the Version 7
make than the Linux one.

I believe it was documented in the manual that came with the C compiler. A very short chapter.

I have the make utility for NitrOS9.  Does anyone know where the documentation for it exists?  Or, would I be safe to assume that it's pretty much the same as the Linux make utility?
