I somehow doubt that.

I haven't unboxed my CoCo/OS9 stuff in over 20 years.  I know where it is (I hope) and I will endeavour to find the manual for you. Don't hold your breath!

Ok, I just found docs for "make" in my OS9/68000 manual.  I don't know where my Level II dev manuals are.  But I imagine it's pretty close if not exactly the same.
