[Coco] make utility for OS9

There are several versions of "make".

The last and best one was "make_tk" which I have the complete set of files including source and a "readme".

I will try and find a place to put it online but having the complete "C" compiler set which Willard Goosey and others determined was the latest set has been lost with the demise of "TandyCoCo".

It may take me a day to find all the files and perhaps the documentation for all of the set.

You need the complete set as they are tied together.

If you found "make" in the NitrOS-9 files then never mind, that may be a completely different set and not what Willard Goosey confirmed was the best.
