[Coco] Booting NITROS9

The higher speeds tend to take up a significant amount of the host machine
CPU time. My I7 laptop sounds like it's getting ready to take off at those
speeds.

Of course the 0.89/1.78MHz is for proper emulation of games in Disk Basic.
However, with NitrOS9 the optimal speed for games is the 3.57MHz (Sierra
adventure games). I do multiples of that usually sticking to the 7.14MHz or
the 14.28MHz for interactive stuff and just pushing the "Turbo" button F8
for maximum speed when appropriate (large file copies, de-archiving,
compiling, etc.)
