[Coco] 26-3124 MPI Coco3 upgrade

Hi Bill,

For the 26-3024, it’s as simple as opening the MPI and swapping out one
socketed IC, this is the PAL upgrade. These are available from Cloud9, or I
can supply you with one as well.

The 26-3124 requires a more involved modification, I believe Cloud9
can perform this upgrade for you, or you can do it yourself.
