I would add that you need to a way to decode the writes.  Since CTS will 
not be driven, you'll need to construct a pseudo-CTS signal, and you'll 
need to guard against doing so simplistically, since a wrote the $c000 
could be for the external EEPROM/RAM/FLASH, or it could be for the 
internal RAM.  I use a flag in SCS space to denote writes are allowed in 
FLASH space.
