On of the elements of the www.coco4.com proposal was going to be a modern version of "EXTENDED COLOR BASIC" that could run on a modern computer. I miss the days when a BASIC came with the PC.
Another part of the plan was extending the VCC emulator for "CoCo 4" features.
And lastly, a USB-based I/O module that would let you plug in joysticks, serial devices and even cartridges, to use with the emulator.
A decade later and we are kinda getting some of this with the FPGA projects.
