 From Windows Putty: Use mystic.dynu.net as hostname. Use 2310 for port 
number.  Login as root with any password.

 From the Linux command line:  ssh mystic.dynu.net -p 2310
When asked for a password, type in anything and hit <enter>

Both methods work fine for me.
