We used to have code in MAME that detected an LSN0 and set the
double-sided attribute automatically.

It was removed by someone else.

So the way forward is to use a JVC header. Add two bytes to a disk
image to set it to be double sided (use a hex editor):

0x12 and 0x02

(18 and 2)

Now here is another problem. MAME 0.186 has a bug when you set the
sides to 2. It was causing MAME to ignore the disk.

It has already been fixed, and will be in MAME 0.187.
