[Coco] DynaStar 3.0

That is where I found the Dragon Basic09 disk image. I found the system
disk on another site, but have to find it to remember where it is. This
site had 3 flavors, 1.2 for Dragon Data, 1.2 for DragonPlus and 2.0. 2.0
does not have RunB on it. The other two, however, do, and both of them
show the RS 01.00.00 and Licensed to Tandy Corp. in the copyright notice
at the top of the module.

I guess they didn't think it necessary to change the notice in RunB since
no one would ever see it on the screen anyway.
