[Coco] **JUNK** Coco SDC Explorer 0.35 is now available for download

Many of you requested it, so here it is: I've added joystick support! You 
can use either the right of left joystick:

- Press the button of your choice to enable joystick.
- Press the button shortly to change directory, launch a program or boot a 
disk.
- Press and hold the joystick button to navigate quickly through the lists.

I've also fixed several issues:

- Removed current directory entry (.) from the SD card listing
- The parent directory entry (..) now always appears on top of the list
- Fixed crash when SD card is empty
- Fixed garbage in directory list when more than 128 files (Dragon)
