[Coco] Fuxix expansion pak

That's Tormod's invention.  cart has 512k of pageable ram, and a couple of
spi port, one hooked to a micro sd card.  Make fuzix a joy to use on the
coco2.   If you dont have tormod's spinx-32 card, you can still use fuzix
om coco2 via the cart ROM version ( cocisdc works well for this)
