[Coco] Basic09 versions

I have been running all of them. They all take about the same amount of
time to display the main screen. I will be running tests to see how quick
each is in comparison to the others. I apparently made a mistake in the
default buffer size in L1 (which is the same ass the Dragon version). When
you start it and press enter at the B: prompt, it shows 6655 available, and
typing mem shows a total of 7935. L2, 6809 and 6309 show 6911 free and 8191
total.
