[Coco] Basic09 versions

One of these days, I have to make a modified GFX2 so that it does the newer Filled Circle and Filled Ellipse commands in NitrOS-9 (or the Level II version 3.0 upgrade from Kevin Darling, et al that Brother Jeremey sold) are added to it.
