[Coco] Color Basic v1.4

I compared the differences from 1.3 and checked with the Color Basic 
Unravelled book and notice the following differences:

- A062: code for initializing the memory size is different
- A110: number of 55's to cassette leader has been increased from $80 to 
$100
- A155: ROM version has been increased to 1.4
- A15E: ROM copyright has been changed to 1985
- A1C1: jumps directly to $A1CB instead of exiting immediately if no keys or 
fire button down
- A69B: search for correct cassette filename code is different
- A95E: ARYDIS not cleared anymore in the SOUND command
- ADED: the BREAK key check is different
