[Coco] CoCoFEST Name Badge Design Contest

We need a design for the next CoCoFEST name badge.
We plan to judge the entries at the next Glenside CCC Business Meeting on
February 9th. 
The winner gets their design used for the CoCoFEST!
The 26th Annual "Last" Chicago CoCoFEST!
2017 CoCoFEST!
Theme: CoCoFEST!  Become Part of the Equation!
Dimensions: 3" x 4"

For the last several years some of the space on the badge has been filled
with either "General Admission" or "Vendor Admission" at the top, but I
propose that we omit that for this year, and instead assume that the badge
is proof of admission, and for vendors I will put the name of the business
(e.g. "Cloud Nine") underneath the person's name.
