[Coco] Level1 on a Coco3

As a result of some recent messages, I've been testing booting from Drivewire 
with a Coco1. To check a correction to the coco1 mb.dw script, I've also tested 
DW disks compiled for the Coco2. Now I only have a Coco1 and Coco3 so I tried 
the coco2 Level1 disks on the Coco3 and they work perfectly as long as DW is set 
for a Coco2.

If anyone with a Coco3 wants to see what Level1 is like, I'd suggest at least 
using the nos6809l1coco2b disks or better like the deluxe. 
nos96809l1coco2b_dw.dsk works perfectly with a Coco3 and is much nicer than 
earlier versions as lower case letters are lower case rather than reverse color 
upper case.
