[Coco] Coco Cassette interface help

Funny you would bring this up.  I haven't tried it yet myself, but I was
thinking of the same thing, but trying it with a PJRC Teensy 3.2 which has
a true single channel DAC.

I would like to know the same thing as well.  We keep this up might get a
nifty project ideas going on this :D
