[Coco] KenTon RGB-DOS floppy issue

You might try POKE&HFF7F,&H23 to tell the Multipak that the ROM is in Slot
3 but the floppy controller is in Slot 4, and see if you can access the
floppy controller then.  It certainly sounds like a slot selection problem.
