Yes, the negative end of the capacitor goes on the SCART connector. I should have some ready made kits available later on today. I plan to add shrink tubing to the exposed leads.

180 Ohm Resistors needed 3
220uF Electrolytic capacitors needed 3

CoCo 3 --------------------- SCART

R Line ---(Res)---(+cap-)---
G Line ---(Res)---(+cap-)---
B Line ---(Res)---(+cap-)---

The negative side of the cap points towards the SCART.
