[Coco] Infocom interpreter for the CoCoVGA's 64-column mode

Everyone, here are a number of Infocom text adventures in .DSK format that have been converted
to use the CoCoVGA W64 mode for anyone with a CoCoVGA that would like to try them out.

They seem to check out, but let me know if you find any bugs…

These should run on a regular floppy controller if you create a real floppy from the image. 
On the SDC, mount the image first under SDC-DOS, then type 'RUN at 1' to switch to the 
stock DECB ROM. Then just type 'DOS', as I coded up a boot track loader for the interpreter.

There are 19 of them so far, more to be added as I track down z-code files.
