Nice demo/review -- thanks!

I will add that although it is called the "SEGA Joypad" adapter,
the 9-pin ports are also compatible with essentially all Atari-style
digital joysticks (but not paddles, keypads, etc). Also, both SEGA
Master System and SEGA Genesis (a.k.a. MegaDrive) controllers work
fine.

Without use of the 4-pin (i.e. "serial") cable, only one button is
supported on CoCo 1 & 2 (or Dragon) and only two buttons on CoCo 3
machines. With the addition of the 4-pin cable, all 4 buttons (A,
B, C, and Start) on the SEGA Genesis controllers are usable on the
CoCo 3. Using the 4-pin cable on the CoCo 1 and 2 would allow the
use of 2 buttons (A and B) on the SEGA Genesis controllers as well
(but those machines have no wire to support buttons C and Start).

John

P.S. Use with the Dragon requires DIN6 to DIN5 adapters for the
joytick cables.
