[Coco] Trim your posts, please

I have often searched very hard to find what has been added.

A new line added with NO blank lines above and below and sometimes just 
"yes" or "no", sometimes just "good". Very hard to find!!!

NO trimming of the post which is often very long.

If people would just top post or bottom post (UHG) it would often save a lot 
of time for all of us.

The idea that everyone needs to read the entire history of the thread is 
just not true when a heavy discussion updates are coming every 2 minutes.

When you make a post think about all the people reading it and realize that 
most may have no interest.

For people reading messages from the top non interest and moving on to the 
next post can be done very quickly.

If you are just chatting and providing help to others may be useful to the 
parties involved but lots of noise to the rest of us.
