[Coco] RTC needed

Bill Nobel and I had a similar set up at work, except with 8 serial ports at 4800 baud, and a mix of of ADM 3A, ADM 22, and Freedom 100 terminals (and one PC). We had the FHL Eliminator for two ports, Comm4 for 4 boards, and Bill made a custom board for two more.
