If anyone is looking for a way to reproduce the pages for use with the book, I had goodluck printing the PDF of the pages from the archive site. I used white dollar store subject dividers in my inkjet printer. They are just thin enough to feed through without jamming. They are also close to the feel of the original and already have binder ring holes in them
