[Coco] Please remove from the COCO forum

Jerry,

I am not sure.  Some people have a easier time getting in over others just
depending on how public their email address was to be searched for.

I myself also took a while to get on the list, but heard that others got in
without problems.

I am sure the list moderator can probably fill in how the detection system
works to determine if you might be a bot/spammer vs a real person when
signing up.  Then again it has been a few years for me :P
