[Coco] MAME FDC Issue that can cause corruption

Barry,

The only bug report I have filed was in relation to OS-9 L2/NitrOS-9 L2 and
coco3/coco3h thus far:

I need to make videos and also show that I can also re-produce this in the
coco12.cpp branch as well.

I do not know how to use the Dragon part of the emulation so would be
interested to see if the Dragon uses the same FDC driver base and if so if
the problem is also re-producible there as well.
