[Coco] SLENB line behavior

Maybe it's best to get some clarification on the usage of the line.

I assumed SLENB is to be considered a "wired-or" line.  Namely, any 
device on an MPI can pull the line low if needed, but all devices are to 
pull it weakly high, so that multiple devices can share the line.

Am I considering it correctly?  Or, is it designed so that only 1 
cartridge can support SLENB in a system?
