[Coco] The CoCo Crew Podcast -- Episode 16 now available!

No one posts to stitcher -- it should pull the feed on its own. I'll
take a look to see if something is otherwise messed-up...

It looks like Stitcher got bought and changed its terms of service. I
agreed to the new ones, so maybe that will get them to update their
site.
