Yes Art, each bank of the flash memory in the CoCo SDC acts like a 16K ROM
at $C000.  The SDC-DOS provided with the CoCo SDC also contains code above
$E000 and does the same switching between All RAM and RAM/ROM modes on a
CoCo 3.
