[Coco] CoCoSDC and Extended ADOS3

Hi Art,

Using the new address still results in crashing the Coco 3 after it begins
to LOADM the EPROM.BIN file.

Guys -- sorry for making this such an issue.  I really do appreciate
everyone's help!
