[Coco] *SLENB behavior?

I wanted to verify before noting the cartridge.

I checked with Mark Marlette, and he noted that a few older copies of 
the SuperIDE exhibited the issue.  It was corrected in later units, and 
the older units can be updated in the CPLD to address the issue.

So, GrumpyX, your unit must need the update :-)   Thanks for letting me 
borrow it, it came in handy for testing.
