[Coco] Cocovid player LIVES!

Hi Sean,

I'm really trying to make this project usable for others.  I think the new
documentation I'm putting together will really be helpful.  There is a
Linux component that will be required, mainly because of the scripts and
tools used to re-encode videos.  I've already started porting this part to
Windows and getting closer to completion for that.
