[Coco] VCC configuration discussion

Hi Barry,

I can vouch for the playonlinux app.  It works very well for the VCC
emulator (using some VCC settings you sent me a while back).  I've tested
on a current Ubuntu distribution of Linux.  It essence, it's a nice
front-end for Wine.
